|Reports to: Senior Vice President – Sales & Product Management
Staff: 2 full-time, 2 contractors
The Director oversees all aspects of international sales outside of the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. The Director’s main objective is to increase international revenue (both in absolute and relative terms), while maintaining profitability and a superior level of quality and service. The Director is expected to travel 4 to 8 times per year internationally, and 6 to 10 times domestically.
The main tasks of the director include the following:
a) Manage the international team
b) Expand the distributor/Partner network
c) Develop sales strategy
d) Oversee international sales process
e) Identify and develop business opportunities
f) Report to VP and Senior Management about main international issues, challenges, etc.
